Continuing education credits are regulated by various agencies and licensing boards and depends on your professional affiliation and place of employment. Therefore, each has different standards and requirements. We have provided a self-certification of completion at the end of each training module and you can print out a certificate of completion for that module. Remember, you must check the box validating completion on the module page titled Certification of Training Completed that you will find at the end of each of the modules.
You can track your progress by viewing the main "Training Modules" page by looking at the boxes checked on the right hand column. You can also print out an individual record of modules completed by clicking on the My Completion Record link at the bottom of the page titled Training Modules.
If you belong to an agency or organization where someone tracks and records CEU's for you or needs to view your completion record, they can retrieve a report of your training completion if you authorize it. To authorize this, you have to select the organization in the "Authorized Organization" drop down box when you register. You can update your registration information later by clicking on MY INFO at the top of this and other ROM pages.
By authorizing an organization access to your record, they will be able to retrieve your record of completed training. This does not give them access to any of your responses or feedback, however; only to information regarding completion.
At this time we have not assigned specific credits to each module. However, the training unit of Children and Family Services in the Oklahoma Department of Health and Human Services has rated each module for CEU's. The following is what they have authorized for each module with one CEU credit being equivalent to one hour of training.
