| Take any part or all of the training - you
decide. We recommend that you work through the entire training, but we
also recognize that this is not possible for some people. |
| You can pick up where you leave off. Since
you may have to end your training session at anytime, we have given you
a way to pick up where you left off. Simply click WHERE
I LEFT OFF at the top right of this and other ROM pages. |
| We maintain a record of the modules you complete.
When you finish taking a training module you are asked to certify that
you have completed the training in that module. You can see your progress
on the Training Modules page by looking at the boxes checked in the column
on the right. |
| You can check your progress within each module
to judge how you are progressing. Just click Check
your Progress in the upper left hand corner of each module
screen. |
| You can give us feedback or suggestions
in a couple ways. We ask that you rate each module at the end of the module.
We look at this feedback and make changes. You can provide us with feedback
by either clicking on feedback in the upper
left hand corner of each screen, or by clicking on the Suggestion
Box on the ROM Homepage under Contact Us. |
| If you get lost you can always go back to the
list of modules by clicking on the link Back
to List of Modules located in the upper right hand corner of each
module page. |
| A glossary is available on every module page.
If you need to look up an acronym (e.g. CFSR) or see how we are using
a term, click on the "glossary" link at the upper right hand
corner of each module page. |
| You can Check your knowledge
throughout the training. These are simple un-scored quizzes where you
can check your understanding of the material presented. |
| Interactive exercises and cartoons are provided
to help break up the material presented on the screen and provide a chuckle
now and then. |
| Printable charts, lists, and forms are
made available in PDF format for your use. For example, you can print
off our Action Menu or a diagram of the Program Improvement Process presented
in the training. |
| Surveys are provided on
occasion and you can compare your answers with others taking the training.
We will ask you about your organizational culture, and your management
reports system. Your answers are of course confidential. |
| You can update your personal information
or change your password anytime you want. Just click on the MY
INFO link at the top of this and the other ROM pages. |

for people on their staff. Make a request by clicking on the
