used in two state child welfare agencies (as of January 2006). This reporting
system incorporates the principles of effective management reports as
presented in the ROM web-based training. For screen shots of report samples,

can be carried out over the phone, while you sit at your computer. |

to the standard set of outcome reports.

the features you want and what has already been developed.

required if you have a Microsoft environment (e.g. Windows servers,
Excel).
- Training-Ready - Training on how to use
the ROM reports system is being integrated into the existing ROM web-training.

| We are a university, not a for-profit company. We
require funding to continue developing, customizing, and disseminating
the Results Oriented Management reports system and accompanying training.
Our main interest is in improving outcomes for children and families.
We believe that putting tools in the hands of managers will help them
become effective results-oriented managers. |
